Add to Home Screen

  1. Open the link in Safari (this only works in Safari).
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an up-arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
  4. Tap Add — the West End icon appears on your home screen.
  5. Open it from that icon, then on Home tap “Turn on notifications” → Allow.

Install the app

  1. Open the link in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right).
  3. Tap “Add to Home screen” (or the Install prompt).
  4. Confirm — the West End icon appears on your home screen.
  5. Open it from that icon, then on Home tap “Turn on notifications” → Allow.
Open it once and sign in with your name (First Last) and password. Be sure to allow notifications so you get message and lineup alerts. After that it opens full-screen like a regular app.
